Week 4

Down 4.2 this week for a total of 19 gone. I'm eating everything I'm supposed to be eating. They say some people lose bigger #s the first few weeks. (loving that I'm part of that group!)

I think what pushed it along this week is the addition of exercise. I haven't gone out and ran or anything. I've been doing yard work. Weeding to be specific. With all the flower beds at the new house there is more than enough opportunity for me. Both a good thing and a bad thing.

Right now, I'm loving all that I've done for myself in such a short time. I haven't noticed a huge difference in how I look or feel. I'm just proud that I started and I can say this is something I've done all by myself! Whoot!
