2nd Week on the Big W.

2.8 for a total of 10.8. I can't tell a difference in anything yet but, I'm happy it's gone. I'll keep plugging away.

Hubby is working full time, coaching, and finishing up his PhD. That means limited free time to exercise with 2 boys. I'm still figuring out how to get that in. Would like to do it alone as a way to relax but, I'm not seeing that as a possibility right now.

Did work for 2 hours in the yard yesterday. I'm a bit stiff and sore and went to bed with a backache. Still have tones of yard work to do. Not sure if I'll allow myself to count that as exercise (even though it technically does).
