Week 3

Week three has me down 2.2 for the week for a total of 13. Not too shabby. I haven't been able to get regular exercise in. I plan on it. Baby steps. Right now, I'm focusing on making good choices and making that part of my routine. Thinking next week I'll take measurements again and see what (if any) differences there are. Happy about the direction so far.
